Before or at time of arrival, please:

Do NOT come to the Bield if you show any symptoms of COVID-19. Any monies paid can be refunded or carried forward to your next booking. If you develop symptoms whilst here, or back at home please inform reception by phone and return home if well enough to travel.

We ask that you check government guidelines in your area for any restrictions on travel

Pay in full BEFORE arrival – either by BACS [RBS 00100095; 83-47-00] or by Card over the phone.

Check-in at reception.

Use hand sanitizer [alcohol based] when entering the building or upstairs corridor. If allergic to the alcohol version, please bring your own sanitizer.

Bring your own Bible as we have removed books from the bedrooms.

​

Bring face coverings and wear it whenever you are moving indoors in public areas

During your stay, Please:

 

Meals

All meals and refreshments will be served by staff wearing masks or face shields.

Other

We will use outdoor spaces as much as possible for morning and evening prayers.

​

1:1 Sessions will be held either outdoors or in well ventilated rooms.

​

The swimming Pool is in use, we ask guests to bring their own towels and swimming costumes if using the pool

​

The Art Room is available. Please follow the clear instructions for materials etc. in the space.

​

Staff will be carrying out regular routine cleaning including the use of a sanitizing fogging machine and a steam cleaner – please bear with them if they ask you to move while a room is cleaned.
