Payments
​
Non-refundable deposit of £40 per person for residential bookings and £20 per person for day guests is payable at the time of booking.

Full Payment/ balance is due 4 working weeks prior to the start of your visit.

When booking program dates we ask for payment in full to confirm reservation
Payment can be made using Card, Cheque, BACS or Cash.
Groups will be invoiced on day of visit for final payment.

The Association for Promoting Retreats is offering a helping hand for those in need of a retreat or quiet day who would otherwise be unable to afford it. This is up to 50% of the cost of a retreat, up to £150 once per year.
​
