1st Feb | Slow Stitching Day - hand sewing with intention and thoughtfulness, focusing on the thoughts that arise as we pull the needle through the fabric slowly and calmly. More details here | £57 |

16 Feb | Sacred Pauses- quiet day of prayer following the daily rhythm of the Hours from the monastic tradition. There will be pauses for coming together for prayer at the start of the day, midday, mid afternoon and evening . Free time in between to use the facilities. Read more here | £52 |

All ways of praying are a means to developing your relationship with God. Hopefully you will find and deepen one or more that support your inner journey. 23rd March or 2nd Nov | Going Deeper with the Enneagram -in this workshop we seek to go deeper and learn something of how we can use this information as a basis for our personal growth in self-knowledge and compassion with a view to become a better functioning person in everyday life. 6 June and 13th June | Praying and responding to the 12 Mysteries, paintings by Michael Cook. Looking at the images created by Michael Cook of the 12 unnamed characters in the gospels e.g. the woman at the well, the Syrophoenician woman and spending time with one of them in private prayer and reflection. 6 pictures are shown on each day. | £165 Residential, £115 non-residential |

3-6 September | Silent Week – Time to draw back from the normal business of living, reflect on your walk in life and open yourself to God. Only guests on silent retreat will be staying with us at this time. | £346 |
25 Sept | A line made by Walking – This retreat explores the work of artist Richard Long, who links the material world with the spiritual realm by reconstructing time and place. We will be experimenting with our own creative ways to reconnect one’s inner truth and find deeper meaning | £57 |
8-11 Oct | Embracing Autumn – an invitation to let go. This retreat offers an invitation to go deeper with the wisdom of the Autumn season, using a variety of contemplative and creative approaches. | £350 |
17 Oct and 14 Nov | Writing as a Spiritual Practice - A two- day retreat with writing time in-between. Meditating on our personal and spiritual experience from a variety of different starting points. Writing exercises and prompts will encourage you to produce your own written reflections. | £105 for both days |
23 Oct, 6 Nov, 20 Nov | Vessel Making and Meditating - These retreats combine guided meditation with vessel making to explore our own identity as Gods created. Participants will be introduced to a different meditation and vessel making process on each day; Paper, clay and felt. | £57 per day |
